USF-Funded Summer REUs: Humanities

Although many people associate the term “research” with work in the sciences, USF is fortunate to include in its faculty many outstanding researchers in the disciplines known as the humanities, including art history, history, humanities, literature, music, philosophy and religious studies.  The REU in Humanities is designed to provide an intensive research experience for undergraduates, providing them with the skills necessary to serve as research apprentices to faculty in humanities disciplines, as well as helping students to prepare for graduate or professional school and Senior Thesis work.
